DO I NEED TO KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT REAL ESTATE TO GET STARTED?

No, we will teach you every step of the way, from the very beginning. Real estate is actually quite simple and we will show you how easy it is to get started. The only thing you need to know to get started is what a house is. In case you do not, here is what one looks like:

 

DO THE ORIENTATIONS COST ANY MONEY?

The Orientations are completely FREE. During our orientation you will receive enough information for you to understand what it takes to become a truly successful real estate investor. The top 1% of real estate investors make 98% of all the money. We will show you how to join this elite club.

HOW LONG ARE YOUR REAL ESTATE TRAINING COURSES?

Our training class is conducted over three days; all day Friday, Saturday and Sunday. In this period of time you will learn everything that you need to get started on Monday morning.

We will also provide you with all the materials you will need to become an expert in your field. And you will have your personal coach helping you through the first four deals, until you are comfortable investing your own. On going coaching is always available.

By the end of 2015, we will have videos prepared and will make them available to you through each step of the way. This will help those that learn more by watching than by reading. Of course, the best way to learn is by doing.

We also encourage everyone to always keep learning, no matter how experienced and seasoned they may be. So, actually, your training courses will never cease. Even the experienced instructors learn something new every week.

YOU MAKE A BIG DEAL THAT YOU ARE A TRAINING COMPANY, AND NOT AN REAL ESTATE EDUCATION COMPANY. WHY IS THAT?

Education generally provides you an academic view of how to do something, many times being by trained people who are not active real estate investors, sometimes by those who have never done a deal by themselves. Otherwise, it always sounds easy and simple in the classroom, when studying a topic at the 10,000 foot level. Yet, when you try to apply what you learn in the real world, the education often falls far short of what is required.

We know, that is how we got started in this industry. We paid a lot of money, went to the Real Estate University in another state, and then when we came home, we were left to figure it out on our own. We did figure it out on our own, and now we want to share our hard earned lessons with you.

That is why we knew we had to do it differently if we wanted to truly help people change their lives instead of just use this as a vehicle to make money. We saw the education model does not work for around 98% of people.

Yes, that is right. Almost 98% of the people who get “educated” never buy a single house, and those that do only 5% of them ever buy their second property. That should tell you everything you need to know right there. The education model just does not work.

Training, however, is very different. We will be working with you, showing you how to work on real live deals. All of our training occurs on deals that we are working on at that time. You get to see how we market to have people call us wanting to sell their houses. You get to see how we evaluate the properties, how to fill out the contracts, and how to sit down with the sellers and have them sign the contract on your first visit. Then, we will show you how to sell the houses, often within as little as 30 to 90 days.

Even after all this, we just do not leave you alone to figure it out on your own. There is one and only one way to truly learn how to do Real Estate Investing, by actually doing it. We will work with you on actual deals, going out with you and doing the deals with you until you are comfortable enough to do the deals yourself. This is where were are truly unique. With our Training, you receive unlimited lifetime coaching. Otherwise, we will be here to support you whenever you need us (not only for a small number of hours up front).

Our personal coaches will work with you to get started, they work with you every step along the way, even going with you to the Seller’s house to do the first six to nine deals with you. You do not pay anything additional for this invaluable service, it is included with the training.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR US TO GET PAID?

The answer to that one is, it is up to you. We have had people get paid in as little as 30 days. If you get started, apply yourself, follow our system, and really work at it, you can expect success in a fairly short period of time.

Normally, we would feel confident that you can get paid within 30 to 90 days. It may take a little longer, depending on your situation. If you work diligently, apply yourself and the simple program we will teach you, the money will come.

We would hate to set expectations that you are not met and have you be disappointed. We would rather under promise and over deliver than the other way around.

WHY DO YOU OFFER PERSONAL EMPOWERMENT COURSES ALONG WITH REAL ESTATE TRAINING? THAT SEEMS LIKE A STRANGE MATCH FOR REAL ESTATE TRAINING.

Our experience over the years is that no matter how well trained people are, if they do not see themselves being successful they will not be. Most people have hidden beliefs that keep them playing life safe, not risking themselves, and not feeling like they deserve to have every one of their wildest dreams come true.

If you really believed that you deserved to be abundant and prosperous and you were willing to do what it took (within legal and moral means), then you would be so today.

So, we work with you to show you how to change your core beliefs about money and life. We offer personal enrichment courses that will allow you to grow as a person, learning that you truly do deserve all the good the Universe has to offer you. Once you start understanding this Truth, you will see riches start flowing into your life.

While there may some references to the Universe, these are not religious courses. We honor and support anyone’s beliefs and their right to practice their religious preference, or not.

To be clear, abundance and prosperity is far more than just money, and it includes money as well. Living a life of true abundance and prosperity, which is really our divine right, is about having your life work in every way: feeling a deep sense of healthy positive self-esteem, having your relationships work, being healthy and filled with vitality, loving what you do for a living, and having enough cash to realize all your dreams. Abundance and prosperity is also about helping other people and giving of ourselves so that others may live a better life for having known us.

WHY OWNER FINANCE? WHAT ABOUT THE OTHER REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT STRATEGIES?

In this market only 7-12% (at best, some estimates suggest that it is as low as less than 5%) of all buyers actually qualify for a mortgage loan. We believe that this will only get worse over the next decade.

If people cannot get a mortgage loan, they cannot buy a house, and if no one can buy one, then no one can sell them.

Virtually all real estate education companies teach their students to start doing wholesale deals, then move to fixing houses and selling them (fix-and-flip). If no one is buying houses, then how is the real estate investor going to sell their houses in a timely manner? Simply, they are not.

There are now several real estate education companies that are teaching their students to buy their properties using a short-sale strategy, that is negotiating to buy the houses for an amount less than (or “short” of) the owner’s mortgage balance. This strategy is highly complicated, the average deal takes about a year, and only 1 in 20 or 1 in 30 deals are successful. That does not seem like a good strategy to teach beginners who are looking to change their lives this year.

We started doing business buying houses and fixing them up and quickly saw that it does not work in this marketplace, so we changed to the only strategy that makes sense in today’s economic conditions.

When you see these organizations, I invite you to stop and look at what they are offering and why. Are they really interested in your success, are they only interested in your money, and are they willing to put their money behind all their promises? Once you look through all the great promises to their real offer, usually the answer becomes obvious through the hard sell.

We work every day to demonstrate that our greatest desire is to help people, and one way is through providing an avenue where we teach our student investors to help others through real estate, and along the way earn their financial freedom easily and quickly.

YOU MENTIONED HELPING OTHERS, WHAT DO YOU MEAN, AND HOW DO YOU HELP OTHERS?

We believe  that life is not only about enriching ourselves, it is about helping others realize their dreams and potential for themselves.

We provide a valuable service to those selling their houses, for those buying a home for their families, for the investor who assists in bringing the deals together, and the lenders of the mortgage loans.

During our training, the emphasis is ALWAYS on how we can be of service and help others, it is not on making money. The money will come easily enough, as long as keep our focus on providing an invaluable service while working to help our clients in every way possible.

For the investors, we are offering a very generous compensation package, for example you can make up to $2,000 to $4,000 per house working with us whereas the average investor pays only $250 to $500 for the same services.
